The workshop is limited to approximately
100 participants.

Delegate fees:

EPIC-member organization: 200 euros
non-EPIC member organization: 350 euros

Save money! Participants presenting a poster will benefit from a 50 euro reduction in registration fees for each co-author attending the workshop.

Delegate registration:

Registration will be limited to 100 participants. Preference will be given to delegates presenting a poster or an oral presentation.

Call for posters:

Poster presentations are proposals for solutions, specific products, and processes. Unlike Oral presentations, posters may be company-specific and promotional. Poster sessions are therefore important networking sessions. They serve to introduce people prior to the break-out sessions.

To propose a poster presentation, fill out the poster application form with a short description of the poster content, and how it represents a solution path that helps to implement competitive manufacturing of photonic components, and return to: keim-paray@epic-assoc.com by 12 October 2012
